Head NPL Monitoring (VP-I/VP) (Interior Sindh / Baluchistan)

Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university (National or International)
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in a Bank or Financial Institution
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery actions
- Develop and implement recovery strategies for overdue and infected portfolios
- Maximize recovery through effective planning and execution
- Supervise field teams and ensure follow-ups on defaulted accounts
- Conduct field visits to recover loans and monitor delinquent customers
- Identify risks related to non-performing loans
- Coordinate with legal teams for litigation and recovery cases
- Liaise with local administration and law enforcement agencies
- Manage recovery operations at regional/area level
- Train branch staff on recovery procedures and systems
- Monitor and implement strategic recovery plans
- Ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations
