A second arrest has been made in reference to what police known as a “focused” taking pictures in Peterborough, Ont., in early March.
The March 8 afternoon taking pictures at a George Road North house on March 8 resulted in a single lady being airlifted to a Toronto hospital.
Two days later, Peterborough Police Service Chief Stuart Betts mentioned the taking pictures was linked to the “drug subculture” and {that a} Peterborough couple had been victims of a theft over cash.

Police mentioned through the theft, there was a bodily confrontation and {that a} 39-year-old Peterborough lady was shot. A 47-year-old Peterborough man was not injured.
One suspect, a 23-year-old Oshawa man, was arrested on March 18 in Oshawa and faces 9 expenses, together with two counts of tried homicide utilizing a firearm and theft with a firearm.
