How to Apply
- Interested candidates must first visit the official ETEA portal at
www.etea.edu.pkand fill out the application form online. - After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing a unique token number & the candidate’s personal information) will be automatically generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easypaisa app/Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) featuring the desired bank stamp safely with yourself; do not share it with anyone else.
- After applying online, do not send documents or testimonials to the ETEA office. Hard copies of testimonials/documents will only be required from candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when requested by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
- Online applications/forms will be live and available on the website from 12th June, 2026.
- The last date for the submission of online applications is 30th June, 2026.
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the official website. Candidates are explicitly directed to avoid giving ported/converted mobile numbers in their application forms to prevent missing updates.
- The exact Test Date, Time & Venue will be explicitly mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.
- No separate call letters will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal or courier means.
Terms & Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, they will be disqualified by the Appointment Authority.
- All candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing the fee for the post, such candidates will have to print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
- Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
- Candidates working in Government / Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
- A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
- Original documents shall be produced at the time of the interview along with attested copies of all testimonials.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase / decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
- Only relevant experience from a Government organization shall be considered.
- Positions of Junior Clerks (BPS-11) are strictly for the domicile holders of the concerned districts mentioned against each.
- In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
