For posts up to BS-15 requiring trainable skills, such as typing, shorthand, or basic computer proficiency, a one-time relaxation may be allowed if none of the candidates possess the required skill certifications at the time of selection. Their proficiency will be assessed before confirmation. Failure to acquire the required skills will be dealt with under the applicable probation and service rules.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for a walk-in interview.
4. Candidates will receive five years of general upper-age relaxation plus an additional five years of age relaxation for candidates from Balochistan under this special recruitment exercise.
5. For Stenotypist and LDC positions requiring typing and shorthand skills, a one-time relaxation of the requirement to possess the prescribed skills at initial appointment will be allowed. Selected candidates must acquire the required proficiency through departmental training during the probation period before confirmation.
6. Candidates already employed in government departments must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Applications without the required NOC will not be entertained.
