1. Relationship Manager – Agri (Consumer Banking Group)

Job Summary and Major Responsibilities:

Selected candidates will be responsible for managing agriculture credit operations, developing customer relationships, achieving assigned business targets, and ensuring effective recovery and monitoring of agricultural loans.

The major duties and responsibilities include:

1. Agriculture Credit Sales and Marketing: Promote and market Agriculture Credit under different agricultural products, including government-subsidized schemes, according to assigned targets.
2. Deposit Mobilization: Market banking products and procure deposits to achieve assigned deposit targets.
3. Collection and Recovery: Manage the collection and recovery of the assigned agriculture credit portfolio.
4. Credit Proposal Initiation: Prepare and initiate agriculture credit proposals and submit them to the relevant approving authority within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
5. Coordination with CIU-ACD: Liaise with CIU-ACD to arrange the rectification of any anomalies or objections identified in submitted credit proposals.
6. Post-Approval Formalities: Ensure completion of all post-approval formalities by agriculture clients and submit the required documents to RCAD for issuance of DAC within the prescribed TAT.
7. Loan Disbursement Coordination: Coordinate with RCAD for feeding approved credit limits into the BOP system to facilitate loan disbursement.
8. Stock Inspections and Visits: Conduct periodic stock inspections and prepare and submit visit reports according to PPM requirements and approval terms to the Agriculture Credit Division (ACD).
9. Loan Settlement Proposals: Initiate proposals for loan settlements and arrange the release of security documents after completion of the required formalities.
10. Credit Facility Renewal: Ensure timely renewal and review of credit facilities and arrange the issuance of Renewal DACs.
11. Insurance and Valuation: Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies, completion of valuations, and rectification of pending deferrals and exceptions.
12. Record Management: Maintain proper files, documentation, records, and office housekeeping.
13. Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties assigned by the Unit-Head NON Farm Sales or Head Agri.
14. Team Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of team members working in the assigned hub to ensure achievement of individual targets.
15. Staff Development: Provide proper coaching, counselling, guidance, and support to staff members working in the assigned hub.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Degree must be obtained from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 02 to 04 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience.
• Candidates should have relevant professional experience and the ability to perform agriculture credit and banking-related responsibilities.

Age Limit:

• Maximum age limit is 55 years as of the date of application.
