Vacant Positions & Detailed Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Manager Sports

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree is essential.
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 05 years of relevant experience in managing sports facilities and related activities.
  • Preferred Background: Strong preference will be explicitly given to candidates who possess professional exposure to overseeing indoor and outdoor sports, Gymnasium operations, Squash, Swimming, Billiards, Table Tennis, Long Tennis, Golf, and other Racket Sports.
  • Skills & Core Competencies: The incumbent must demonstrate an exceptional ability to plan, organize, and manage large-scale sports tournaments and community events within the Club. Candidates must also exhibit highly developed managerial talent, superb interpersonal communication, and strong administrative leadership skills.
  • Primary Responsibilities: The main responsibility is to systematically oversee all operational, financial, and administrative affairs of the sports department. The selected individual will ensure a top-tier, quality sports experience for all premium members of the Islamabad Club in strict accordance with the club’s Rules and Regulations.

2. Junior Audit Officer

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification is a B.Com degree. However, candidates who are partially qualified ACCA / CA / ICMA will be given clear preference during the selection phase.
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 02 to 03 years of experience in a similar internal or external audit role within a reputable corporate organization.
  • Skills & Core Competencies: Must possess strong analytical acumen, a objective and independent mindset, and a solid structural understanding of modern internal control frameworks.
  • Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting comprehensive, risk-based audits across operational, financial, and diverse administrative departments (including specialized audits for the Sports and Billing divisions). The officer must efficiently identify operational process bottlenecks, financial leakages, and areas of non-compliance with the established club bylaws. Additionally, they are required to prepare clear, concise, and structured internal audit reports featuring actionable, practical recommendations for the club’s executive management.

3. Billing Assistant / Coordinator

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification is a B.Com degree. Just like the audit role, individuals who are partially qualified ACCA / CA / ICMA candidates shall be given an upper hand and preference.
  • Required Experience: Minimum of 02 to 03 years of experience working as a Billing Assistant or Billing Coordinator inside a well-established company or reputable organization.
  • Skills & Core Competencies: High proficiency in handling modern accounting and billing software systems, alongside excellent data entries and analytical capabilities.
  • Primary Responsibilities: The position demands a good command of operating specialized billing software and generating precise electronic bills for members. The chosen candidate will handle day-to-day member queries regarding financial statements, operate custom billing interfaces, and reconcile daily billing transactions with maximum accuracy.
