  3. Government Employee Age Concession: Employees of Federal Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies of Federal Government, and Local Bodies are not entitled to age concession for the period of their service in such organizations.

Equivalence Certificates: If a candidate claims qualification equivalence to the prescribed degree, they must submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (Q.E.D.C) at the time of interview. Failure to produce this certificate will result in immediate cancellation of candidature.
  5. Private Sector Experience Verification: Candidates claiming experience from a private entity must bring proof at the time of interview that the firm/entity was registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or another Regulatory Authority during the claimed experience period.
  6. In-Service Candidates (NOC): In-service candidates must ensure that they have applied for/obtained a No Objection Certificate (NOC/DPC) from their respective parent department before applying and must present it at the interview if shortlisted.
  7. Professional Council Registrations: Candidates must obtain/apply for Registration Certificates from relevant regulatory authorities (e.g., PEC, PNC, PMDC, PMC, PVMC) on or before the closing date and produce the document at the time of interview.
  8. Academic Credentials & CGPA: Candidates must provide total marks, obtained marks, or percentage certificates for all degrees issued by the Competent Authority during the interview. CGPA alone is not acceptable.
  9. Authenticity of Information: Information shared on channels other than PPSC’s official portal is not authentic; candidates must rely strictly on official notifications.
  10. Specialized Test Location: Shorthand Tests and Typing & Proficiency Tests (if required) will ONLY be conducted in Lahore.
  11. Variation in Posts: The concerned department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of post(s). No fresh applications will be called in case of post variations.
