- Attested copies of educational testimonials/certificates
- Experience certificates (if any)
- One recent attested passport-size photograph
- Original paid bank challan of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable)
- Deposit the application fee through Bank Alfalah using the generated challan.
- Disabled candidates are exempted from fee but must attach a disability certificate.

Terms and Conditions
