2. Print the submitted online application form.
3. Pay the non-refundable processing fee via Bank Challan at any Bank of Punjab branch (Account No. 6510222875800028). No bank drafts, pay orders, cheques, or postal orders are accepted.

   • BS-18 & BS-17: Rs. 1,000/-
   • BS-14 to BS-05: Rs. 500/-

4. Dispatch the signed hard copy of the application along with attested copies of degrees, transcripts, experience certificates, updated CV, NOC (if serving), domicile, CNIC, recent photographs, and the original paid fee challan receipt to:

Terms and Conditions

1. Applicants must complete and submit the online application form at www.uon.edu.pk by 07.09.2026. Hard copies must reach the Registrar’s Office via courier by 10.09.2026 at 04:00 PM. Applications delivered by hand will not be accepted.
2. Professor candidates must submit six (06) full sets of their application package, whereas applicants for all other positions must submit two (02) sets. Each set must include attested copies of degrees, transcripts, experience certificates, NOC, domicile, CNIC, and photographs.
3. Candidates applying for Professor must also provide four (04) DVDs containing soft copies of all credentials, publications, and dossiers properly labeled.
4. Applicants are fully responsible for the authenticity of all submitted credentials. Provision of false information will result in disqualification at any stage.
5. Individuals dismissed, terminated, or penalized by government or autonomous bodies are ineligible to apply.
6. Existing government or semi-government employees must apply through proper channels and submit an NOC from their competent authority.
7. Experience gained on daily wages, part-time, honorary, or apprentice basis will not be considered.
8. Private sector experience will only be recognized if the employing organization is registered with SECP, the Registrar of Firms, or a relevant regulatory authority.
9. Foreign degree holders must attach an HEC/IBCC equivalence certificate along with their application.
10. Upper age relaxation will be granted in accordance with government and university rules.
