Company Secretary
- Employment Term: 01 year contract basis (extendable based on performance).
- Maximum Age Limit: Maximum age of 55 years at the time of application.
- Nationality: Only Pakistani National.
- Salary Package: Market-based salary package with other benefits in accordance with the Company HR policy.
- Qualification Criteria:
- a) Member of a recognized body of Corporate or chartered secretaries (ICSP); OR
- b) Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP/ICMAP); OR
- c) A person holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration / M.Com or holding a law degree from an HEC-recognized University.
- Required Experience: 05 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary in a Public Company (whether listed or unlisted Public).
- Areas of Expertise / Job Description:
- Proficient with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017, Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013, and SOEs Ownership and Management Policy 2023, along with other relevant laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the Company.
- Proficient in preparing agendas and working papers for AGM, BOD meetings, and Committee meetings, as well as drafting minutes and resolutions for such meetings.
- Provide expert advice to the Board on Corporate Governance, legal framework, and regulatory requirements.
- Possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with proficiency in legal drafting and corporate documentation.
