A suspect concerned in a taking pictures in a Northwest Territories neighborhood has been arrested after a shelter-in-place order was issued for a number of hours Saturday.
RCMP say they responded to a report of a taking pictures outdoors an area enterprise in Fort Smith, N.W.T., at roughly 2:12 a.m. Aug. 22. The taking pictures is reported to have taken place on McDougal Highway and left three individuals injured.

The male suspect fled the scene, prompting a shelter-in-place order to be issued shortly after. It was lifted Saturday afternoon.
