The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has announced an excellent opportunity for qualified male and female medical professionals to join the Medical Branch as Commissioned Officers through the 137 Combat Support Course (SPSSC). Online registration will remain open from 02 June 2026 to 14 June 2026. Applications are invited for Specialist Doctors and General Duty Medical Officers (GDMOs). Candidates must possess a valid NADRA Smart CNIC and PMDC registration certificate. Qualification Requirements

• MBBS with minimum First Division or equivalent.
• Degree must be from a Pakistani or foreign medical college/university recognized by PMDC.
• Completion of at least one year House Job in a PMDC-recognized institution.
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant professional experience after House Job.
• Candidates who have cleared FCPS-I after December 2025 are also eligible to apply.

Selection Procedure

The selection process consists of the following stages:

1. Intelligence Test.
2. Academic Test in relevant subjects at PAF Information & Selection Centers.
3. Initial Medical Examination.
4. Physical Test.
5. Initial Interview.
6. Psychological Test for shortlisted candidates only.
7. Interview by AHQ Selection Board at Rawalpindi, Lahore, or Karachi.
8. Final Medical Examination at Central Medical Board (CMB), Lahore.
9. Final Interview by AHQ Selection Board, Islamabad.
10. Final Selection by Air Headquarters strictly on merit.

Ineligibility Conditions

Candidates will not be eligible if they:

• Have been rejected by ISSB, GHQ, NHQ, or AHQ Selection Boards under the prescribed rejection criteria.
• Have been screened out twice by ISSB.
• Have been dismissed, removed, or debarred from Government Service or Armed Forces.
• Are declared medically unfit due to Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C.
• Appear in ISSB within 120 days of a previous appearance without an authorized waiver.
• Have been convicted by a court of law for a heinous offense.
• Have been permanently declared unfit by Appeal Medical Board (AMB).
• Have withdrawn from any bonded Armed Forces college or institution on disciplinary grounds.
• Have withdrawn, resigned, been discharged, or obtained purchase release from any Armed Forces academy or training institution.
• Tampered with academic certificates, submitted forged documents, concealed information, or attempted to gain undue advantage.
• Have been screened out three times by Army, Navy, or Air Force during preliminary selection.
