Terms and Conditions

  • Candidates must possess a valid Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Sindh Province.
  • The share of quota reserved for initial appointments shall be strictly adhered to as per the Laws, Rules, and Policies of the Government of Sindh.
  • Age of applicants will be calculated from the closing date of application submission as provided under Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, an upper age relaxation of 05 years is admissible as per Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06.03.2025.
  • Candidates must appear for the walk-in interview/test on 13.08.2026 at 11:00 AM along with all original documents. No T.A./D.A. will be paid for attending the test/interview.
  • Appointments will be made in accordance with the Policy Notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and under the provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and its rules as amended from time to time.
  • Applicants currently serving in government departments must apply through the proper channel.
  • Each successful candidate must undergo antecedents’ verification by Police / Special Branch according to the existing government policy.
  • Selected candidates will be posted against the advertised post and location and shall not be transferred for five years.
  • The Department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
