How to Apply
- Visit ETEA: Interested candidates must first visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
- Online Form Availability: The online application form will be available on the portal starting from 15th July, 2026.
- Generate Deposit Slip: After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip containing token number, Project code, and your personal information will be generated.
- Deposit Test Fee: Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the EasyPaisa app, an EasyPaisa Agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.
- Keep Candidate Copy: After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having the bank’s desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- No Physical Documents at Application Stage: After online application, do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will only be provided later by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when requested by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
- Admit Cards (Roll No. Slips): Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are strictly directed not to give ported or converted mobile phone numbers.
- Test Details: The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal or courier means.
- Deadline: The last date for submission of the online application is 31st July, 2026.
Terms and Conditions
- Minority Quota Declaration: The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, vide circulation letter No. SO (POLICY)/E&AD/1-11/2024-25/5% Minority Quota dated 15.10.2025, has declared that no concurrence/approval for the minority posts is required.
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
- All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Candidates must be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of the applications.
- Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
- Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
- In case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
