Terms and Conditions
- Original documents required during interview:
- CNIC issued by NADRA.
- Academic certificates.
- Domicile certificate.
- Two passport-size photographs with blue background.
- Minority quota candidates must provide an affidavit countersigned by the Deputy Commissioner.
- Age will be calculated on the closing date 08 July 2026.
- Special age relaxation applies only to candidates who qualified for the interview stage in ICT Police Recruitment Process 2024 as directed by the Islamabad High Court.
- The application fee is non-refundable.
- Candidates applying for multiple posts need to pass the physical test only once.
- Applications submitted by hand, courier, or any method other than the online portal will not be accepted.
- No relaxation in height or chest measurements will be granted.
- Providing false information may result in legal action under Sections 420, 468, and 471 PPC, with imprisonment of up to seven years.
- Applicants must declare any involvement in criminal cases on the online application portal and submit an affidavit during the interview.
- False declarations or affidavits will lead to cancellation of the application, permanent debarment from future ICT Police recruitment, and legal action.
- Transgender applicants may apply according to their self-perceived gender identity under the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018, as reflected on their CNIC.
- Family claim applicants (children or grandchildren of serving, retired, or deceased police employees) must provide supporting documents such as FRC, pension book, retirement order, etc.
- Character and academic verification of selected candidates will be conducted.
- Any fake document, false affidavit, criminal record, or false undertaking will result in immediate cancellation of selection or termination after appointment.
- Examination centers can be selected in order of preference through the online portal; however, ICT Police reserves the right to allocate the final center.
- Candidates should wear suitable sports shoes and bring drinking water for the endurance test.
- Applicants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit before appearing in physical tests.
- Only candidates who qualify in the physical/endurance and computer-based or written tests will be called for interviews.
- Physical standards may be rechecked during the interview by the Departmental Recruitment Board (DRB), whose decision will be final.
- Higher qualifications will only be considered at the interview stage.
- Final selected candidates must pass a complete medical examination by the Federal Government Medical Board or Civil Surgeon.
- Candidates suffering from Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, or other permanent ailments will be disqualified.
- Selected candidates will be governed by all applicable government rules regarding conduct, discipline, promotion, retirement, and service matters.
- No TA/DA will be provided for tests, interviews, or skill assessments.
- Recruitment updates will be communicated through the application portal, SMS, and email. Candidates should regularly check the portal.
- Applicants must provide an active mobile number that has not been converted to another network.
