- Unsuccessful bidders’ earnest money will be returned after contract award
- Successful bidder’s deposit released after performance security submission
- Rates must be inclusive of all taxes
- No price increase allowed during contract or extension period
- Contract may be extended for additional 3 months
- Government taxes will be deducted as per law
- New taxes imposed later will not affect agreed rates
- Blacklisted firms are not eligible
- Affidavit required confirming non-blacklisting status
