LCCI hosts 16 member delegation to advertise commerce, funding, industrial cooperation

LAHORE:
The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Trade (LCCI) on Wednesday hosted a 16-member delegation from Uzbekistan to advertise commerce, funding and industrial cooperation between the 2 international locations. The delegation was led by Minhajiddin Raufov.
In response to a press release issued on Wednesday, the assembly was chaired by LCCI President Faheemur Rehman Saigol.
Welcoming the delegation, the LCCI president mentioned the chamber represents greater than 48,000 members throughout key sectors of the financial system. He highlighted the significance of senior-level exchanges in creating avenues for industrial partnerships, data sharing and joint enterprise ventures. He mentioned Pakistan and Uzbekistan share historic ties and complementary financial strengths that may be leveraged for mutual progress.
In his remarks, Minhajiddin Raufov highlighted Pakistan’s experience in textiles, clothes and leather-based, and expressed curiosity in utilizing this expertise to strengthen Uzbekistan’s industrial manufacturing. The delegation mentioned Uzbek working teams had visited industrial hubs, together with Faisalabad, figuring out alternatives for funding, joint ventures and industrial collaboration.
The Uzbek officers confused the necessity to set up joint industrial and textile items in Lahore.
