Similar to Resident Evil Village, Resident Evil Requiem has 49 achievements that completionists are going to want to tick off their list. Of course, not all of these achievements are easily obtained, requiring some major effort to complete them.
For instance, Speed Demon requires you to complete the game within a specific amount of time. Meanwhile, other achievements require you to beat the game without using specific items, increasing the difficulty immensely.
Resident Evil Requiem: 10 Tips and Tricks When Playing as Grace
Grace’s sections are infinitely harder than Leon’s in Resident Evil Requiem, but there are a few ways to make it easier.
If you think you are up to the challenge, you can take on the task of completing all the achievements in Resident Evil Requiem, but it isn’t for the faint of heart.

Internal Dispute
Fight it Out
The Internal Dispute achievement requires you to make one zombie attack another in the hospital wards, which is something that sounds easier than it is. The reason is that only two zombies can complete the task, and both are blind.
The issue with this achievement is that most zombies will actively avoid attacking each other or will merely knock each other off balance. To get this achievement, however, you need to bait one of the blindfolded, IV bag-carrying zombies into attacking another one.
As far as obtaining this achievement goes, you need to use an object like a bottle to make noise at a zombie’s feet while they are near one of the blindfolded zombies. This will prompt the blindfolded zombie to attack the other because of the noise.

Bang for Your Buck
Three in One
If you have trouble with aiming, this achievement will be much more difficult for you. Bang for Your Buck requires you to kill three enemies with one Requiem shot. This is possible, but there are only a few locations where it works properly.
You can quickly get this achievement completed by kiting the three zombies in the bar area at the start of the game. You can attempt this again later in the game when you reach Ark and have more ammo.
No matter what, it can be difficult to get three zombies to be perfectly in line to get one shot that passes through three of them.
6
Grace and Goliath
Goodbye Chunk
After running into and ultimately escaping the character labeled as “the girl” at the beginning of the game, you might think Grace is in the clear. That is, until you access the hospital ward and realize another massive enemy like her, named Chunk, is wandering the halls. The achievement requires you to kill Chunk as Grace.
Resident Evil Requiem: Where to Find All Hip Pouches
Inventory space is absolutely crucial in Resident Evil games, especially in Requiem. Thankfully, we can help you expand that space with Hip Pouches.
Chunk has difficulty getting around but can easily block your path, forcing you to find a new route, and if they catch up to you, they will take a chunk out of your flesh. Luckily, you can kill them, but it takes some effort.
If you want to go out of your way to kill Chunk, you need at least one Hemolytic Injector and two rounds of ammo in Requiem. Unless you craft it yourself, you’ll have pretty scarce ammo, making things difficult. Even with the proper equipment, if you make the wrong move, it can go south quickly.

Cat Got Your Tongue
Hatchet at the Ready
Are you good at using the hatchet while playing as Leon? If not, you might want to get a bit of practice in before you reach the Ark, as you will need it for the Cat Got Your Tongue achievement.
This achievement requires you to cut the tongue off a Licker using your hatchet. This is done by perfectly timing a parry when the Licker uses its tongue for a ranged attack, and for someone like me who isn’t great at parrying, this can be very difficult to pull off.
You can make the achievement a bit easier to obtain by using the Mortal Edge hatchet obtained by defeating the Commander boss, but the window is still pretty small for it to work.
4
Minimalist
No Blood, No Problem
One of the main items you will find yourself using while playing as Grace is the Blood Collector. This item allows you to, well, collect blood. It can then be used for crafting various items.
The Minimalist achievement requires you to beat the entire game without Grace ever using the Blood Collector. This is a massive setback, as you can no longer craft any items, leaving you with even less ammo, barely any Hemolytic injectors, and only one health upgrade. It definitely takes the difficulty and amplifies it.
3
Never Touch the Stuff
Healing Isn’t Allowed
Alongside the Minimalist achievement, you have the Never Touch the Stuff achievement that also asks you to forget about using items. The difference is that now you can’t use healing items, and it applies to both Grace and Leon.
Resident Evil Requiem: 10 Tips and Tricks When Playing as Leon
When playing Resident Evil Requiem, you play between Grace and Leon. Leon is meant to be action-packed, here are ways to make it extra fun.
To complete this achievement, you must go through the entirety of the main story without ever using a single herb or med injector, putting you at an extreme disadvantage.
On a positive note, this is easier to complete on casual difficulty, and you do have some passive health regeneration that brings your health back to yellow if you avoid damage for a while.
2
Speed Demon
Run for Your Life
At this point, it should be expected for a Resident Evil game to have a speedrunning challenge. After all, Resident Evil 7 needed to be completed within four hours, and Resident Evil Village needed to be completed within three.
This time around, Resident Evil Requiem needs to be completed within four hours to obtain the speedrunning achievement. Your first playthrough will probably be closer to 15 or 20 hours. You might not even get it on your second playthrough. I didn’t get it until my fourth, as the timing can be tricky if you don’t remember all the steps to complete the game.
This is Insane
There is always an achievement to complete the game on the most difficult setting as well, and that is what the Remarkable Agent achievement is in Resident Evil Requiem. After beating the game, you unlock the Insanity difficulty, and this achievement requires you to beat the game on said difficulty.
Of course, this is much easier said than done, as the Insanity difficulty takes the game and cranks the difficulty up to 11, with more zombies that hit harder and can take much more punishment.
This mode is slightly trivialized with infinite ammo, but even that takes a long time to obtain. Even with infinite ammo, you have to keep on your toes.
