    Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, ‘Halqa-e-Fikr-o-Nazar’ collaborate for Esal-e-Sawab of Khurshid Iqbal Haider


    KARACHI:

    Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, in collaboration with Halqa-e-Fikr-o-Nazar, organized a spiritually uplifting “Mehfil-e-Naat and Iftar for the Esal-e-Sawab of Khurshid Iqbal Haider” on the Haseena Moin Corridor, Ahmed Shah Constructing.

    The gathering introduced collectively students, literary figures, and group members to pay tribute and search blessings by recitations and reflection. Dr. Abid Sherwani (Advocate), Rizwana Shahid, and Shahid Khameesa attended the occasion as chief company, whereas Dr. Farhana Owais carried out the duties of moderator. Chairperson of Halqa-e-Fikr-o-Nazar Shahida Khurshid Kanwal warmly welcomed the distinguished company and individuals. The Mehfil-e-Naat commenced with Hamd and Qirat offered by Yousaf Siddiqui. Famend naat reciters together with Almas Nayab, Sana Ali, Kashaf Anwar, Syed Moeen Fareed, Noreen Afzal, Muhammad Nasir Yameen, and Hafiz Nauman Tahir offered heartfelt naat in reward of the Holy Prophet Muhammad.

    Addressing the gathering, Professor Dr. Sajida Parveen delivered an insightful lecture on the subject “Ramadan-ul-Mubarak and Unity amongst Muslims.” Dr. Sajida Parveen additional defined that the method of revelation carried immense non secular weight. She famous that when revelation descended upon the Holy Prophet whereas he was using his camel Qaswa, the heaviness of the revelation would trigger the camel to take a seat down. As soon as the revelation concluded, the camel would rise once more, demonstrating the profound gravity of divine communication.

    She additionally narrated an incident reported by Hazrat Zaid bin Harith, who recalled that whereas sitting beside the Holy Prophet in Masjid-e-Nabvi, an ayah of Surah An-Nisa was revealed. At that second, the Prophet’s knee was touching his knee, and he felt as if an immense weight had been positioned upon it, to the extent that he feared it would break. After the revelation ended, the Prophet instructed the scribe of revelation to report the verse.

    “This illustrates the greatness, knowledge, and divine energy embedded within the Holy Qur’an,” she remarked. Dr. Sajida Parveen urged Muslims to strengthen their relationship with the Qur’an by studying it, understanding its meanings, and implementing its teachings of their each day lives. “The Qur’an teaches peace, compassion, and humanity. It’s the path to our salvation,” she concluded.Amongst these current on the Mehfil-e-Naat and Iftar had been Hammad Ali, Shahid Satti, Rani Apa, Muhammad Naeem, Ruby Raza, Haya Nauman, Ifrah bilal , Muhammad Ali . Naveed Anwar,Nahmish Khurshid, Qaiser, Rizwan, Abdul Basit, Najm Ali, and Muhammad Wasim Abbasi, together with numerous attendees.
