ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan and the Netherlands have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen technical capability and cooperation in water sources planning, growth and administration, following a high-level assembly in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The MoU was signed between the Ministry of Water Assets and the IHE Delft Institute for Water Schooling throughout a 23 day official go to by a delegation from the Netherlands-based institute. The settlement focuses on capability constructing of pros from the ministry and its affiliated organisations in areas comparable to water sources planning, growth and built-in administration.

Welcoming the delegation, the federal minister acknowledged the longstanding cooperation between Pakistan and the Netherlands within the water sector. He highlighted the Netherlands’ world expertise and technical experience in water administration and underlined the necessity to additional strengthen collaboration to handle rising challenges, together with local weather change impacts, flood administration and sustainable use of water sources.
