    The regulator issued its determination on the Energy Division’s request concerning the imposition of fastened costs, relevant to each protected and non-protected customers.

    Beforehand, fastened costs had been relevant solely to non-protected home customers utilizing greater than 300 items monthly.

    Beneath the brand new determination, protected customers utilizing as much as 100 items monthly will now pay Rs200 in fastened costs, whereas protected home customers utilizing as much as 200 items monthly will likely be charged Rs300 as fastened month-to-month costs.

    For non-protected customers, these utilizing as much as 100 items monthly pays Rs275 in fastened costs, whereas customers utilizing as much as 200 items will face Rs300 in fastened costs. These consuming as much as 300 items monthly will likely be charged Rs350.
