Regional Service Quality Manager – Job Details
Job Responsibilities
- Drive exceptional customer experience across the assigned customer portfolio
- Monitor, analyze, and improve key CX metrics including Customer Satisfaction (CS), Net Promoter Score (NPS), complaints, and Turnaround Times (TATs)
- Perform root cause analysis and lead continuous service improvement initiatives
- Partner with bank-wide stakeholders to minimize service gaps and recurring issues
- Ensure compliance with defined KPIs, internal controls, and established service benchmarks
- Support change management initiatives and ensure effective execution across regions
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend and implement service quality enhancements
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution/university
- Master’s degree will be preferred
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 06 years of relevant working experience
