    A resident of Springfield, Tennessee, is predicted to plead responsible to hacking the U.S. Supreme Court docket’s digital doc submitting system dozens of instances over a number of months. 

    Prosecutors say between August and October 2023, Nicholas Moore, 24, “deliberately accessed a pc with out authorization on 25 completely different days and thereby obtained data from a protected pc,” in accordance with a court document. 

    As of this writing, there aren’t any extra particulars about precisely what data Moore accessed, nor the way it was accessed. Moore is scheduled to plead responsible in court docket by video hyperlink on Friday.
