PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa authorities has determined to introduce the house solarization scheme for the merged districts of the province.
“Beneath the scheme, 1,20,000 entitled households shall be offered photo voltaic methods freed from value or on simple installments,” in accordance with an official doc.
“Each residence shall be offered a two-kilowatt photo voltaic package together with inverter and different equipment”.
In accordance with estimates every photo voltaic package costing Rs 2,55,000 to Rs 3,00,000, papers learn.
The challenge costing 13 billion rupees, which shall be funded by the KP authorities.
The scheme will cowl Bajaur, Khyber, Kurram, Orakzai, Mohmand and North and South Waziristan districts.

The federal government has proposed ‘refundable’ and ‘non-refundable’ two classes for the value of photo voltaic methods.

KP authorities will choose the beneficiaries entitled for the photo voltaic scheme.
