Amid the ongoing tensions in the Middle East, several Indian showbiz personalities have reportedly been stranded in Dubai and have appealed to their government for assistance in returning home.
According to media reports, Telugu industry superstar Chiranjeevi’s daughter, Sreeja Konidela, along with her daughters, is currently in Dubai. However, during the recent tensions between the United States, Israel, and Iran, which led to airspace closures, she reassured her followers that she and her children are safe in Dubai.
In an Instagram story, she stated that local authorities are ensuring public safety, adding that they chose this country and stand by it.
Amid this situation, following recent military clashes between the US, Israel, and Iran, airspace closures in parts of the Middle East have resulted in several international flights being canceled or rerouted.

Actress Esha Gupta is also in Abu Dhabi. Through her Instagram stories, she expressed that the situation is not pleasant. However, she also praised UAE authorities for handling the matter calmly, writing that excellent efforts are being made to take care of every individual stranded at the airport.
Nargis Fakhri
Actress Nargis Fakhri also spoke about her mental state while being in Dubai during the tense situation. She revealed that the past two days have been extremely stressful. Sharing a photo of the city skyline, she wrote, “The last two days have been very chaotic here”.
Sonal Chauhan
Earlier, Sonal Chauhanwho starred opposite Emraan Hashmi in the Bollywood film Jannat — informed her fans on X that she has been stranded in Dubai due to flight suspensions caused by rising tensions in the Middle East, though she remains safe.

She appealed to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for assistance, stating that all flights have been canceled and there is no clear way to return to India. She said she is awaiting government guidance and support for a safe journey home.
Ajith Kumar
Tamil industry actor Ajith Kumar has also been stranded in Dubai after his flight was canceled due to airspace closures.
On March 1, his manager Suresh confirmed that the actor had to return from the airport after not being able to board his scheduled flight and is currently safe in Dubai.
Meanwhile, Indian airlines, including Air India and IndiGo, have stated that they are closely monitoring the situation and will resume flights once safe air routes are restored.
