Pakistan’s conglomerate Habib Rafiq Engineering Non-public Restricted (HRL) has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Funding, Business and Commerce to strengthen cooperation in infrastructure improvement.
The memorandum of cooperation was signed on the Ministry of Funding, Business and Commerce in Tashkent within the presence of Uzbekistan’s Minister for Funding, Business and Commerce Laziz Sh Kudratov.
