Former Olympians Hassan Sardar and Islahuddin to co-chair skilled growth

The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has introduced the formation of an adhoc Governance and Administration Committee in what it described as a structural shift geared toward modernising administration and elevating requirements of the nationwide sport.
As a part of the overhaul, former Olympians Hassan Sardar and Islahuddin will co-chair a newly created Skilled Improvement Committee tasked with overseeing nationwide staff choice, specialised coaching protocols and setting efficiency benchmarks for coaches and gamers.
The long-term administration construction can be chosen by a Skilled Advisory Committee, additionally co-chaired by Sardar and Islahuddin, with extra members to be appointed in session with the 2 former gamers.
