The federal authorities elevated the value of high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs11.3 per litre for the following fortnight on Saturday, whereas the petrol value remained unchanged.
Based on a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance on Saturday night time, the value of HSD has risen from Rs257.08 per litre to Rs268.38 per litre, whereas the value of petrol will stay at Rs253.17 per litre.
The notification additional said that the revised costs take impact instantly from Feb 1 and can stay in pressure for the following 15 days.
