CN Rail says its crews are persevering with their work on the scene of a practice derailment in Winnipeg’s South Osborne space on Sunday.
In keeping with an e-mail from CN, the derailment occurred at roughly 3 a.m. native time, with the incident occurring close to Winnipeg Transit’s Jubilee Station.

The railway stated preliminary reviews indicated 9 rail vehicles derailed, with eight being tipped whereas the ninth remained upright.
No accidents, fires, leaks or harmful items have been reported, with CN Rail including there isn’t any risk to public security.
CN crews and native first responders stay on scene, the railway stated.
“CN wish to apologize for the inconveniences brought on by this incident,” a spokesperson for CN Rail wrote.
