Vacant Positions and Details
1. Personal Banker (PB) – Band-11/Band-10
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilize deposits through portfolio management, referrals, and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain client pipeline, deepen relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively call existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance requirements are strictly followed.
- Deliver excellent client experience and resolve complaints timely.
- Provide product information and recommend suitable banking solutions.
Eligibility:
- Minimum Graduation from HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience mandatory.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
2. Personal Banking Officer (PBO) – Band-13/Band-12
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in account opening and other banking operations.
- Close FCCM alerts (transaction monitoring queries), review high-risk accounts, and conduct name screening for non-financial transactions.
- Biometric verification and inter-departmental coordination to facilitate clients.
- Issue statements of account, balance confirmation certificates, and arrange WHT deduction certificates.
