Entitled The Shore: Enhanced Edition, the port is coming to life through a publishing partnership with Iphigames and is set to fully adapt the original experience to modern console platforms, ensuring that the game’s haunting scenarios look more imposing than ever.
While a specific release date remains under wraps, the Greek studio Dragonis Games has promised that console players won’t have to wait beyond 2026 to experience this nightmare firsthand.
Also, it is important to highlight that this isn’t just a simple port, but a celebration for the game’s 5th anniversary. According to the developers, the transition to consoles marks a “new chapter” for the studio, marking the evolution of The Shore from indie PC to a multi-platform franchise.
