Job Summary:
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance & Ethics framework within the Bank of Punjab. Major Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement an AI Governance & Ethics framework, including policies, standards, and guidelines aligned with global regulations and principles, such as:
- EU AI Act
- NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)
- OECD AI Principles
2. Establish AI risk assessment methodologies, including:
- Bias audits.
- Impact assessments.
- Model explainability checks.
3. Define AI model lifecycle governance, covering development, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
4. Ensure AI and Machine Learning models follow ethical principles, including:
- Fairness.
- Accountability.
- Transparency.
