The incident occurred shortly after 3:30 p.m. within the intersection of forty fourth Avenue Northeast and 52nd Road Northeast locally of Temple.
An officer on scene instructed World Information that the pedestrian was crossing the street on the crosswalk alongside forty fourth after they had been hit.
