RCMP warn of high-risk offender relocating to Nova Scotia – Halifax


Nova Scotia RCMP are alerting citizens that a high-risk offender is believed to be relocating to the province from New Brunswick.

It is believed that Robert Edgar Paul, 35, will be residing in the Millbrook area, RCMP said in a release.

Paul is scheduled to be released Monday after serving his full term in a federal institution for dangerous driving causing bodily harm and uttering threats.


Paul’s criminal history is “extensive and persistent,” dating back to 2005, RCMP said.

Paul is described as five feet eight inches and 185 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
