How to Apply
Interested and eligible candidates are required to submit their applications online through ETEA by following the step-by-step instructions below:
- Online Application Registration: Visit the official portal at www.etea.edu.pk. The online application form is available starting from 10th July, 2026.
- Profile Creation & Verification: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website before applying. After profile creation, candidates will need to print an E-Sahulat token from the portal and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk. Applications cannot be processed without this verification.
- Challan Generation & Fee Payment: Upon successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip featuring a token number, project code, and candidate details will be generated.
- Deposit Fee: Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa App, an Easypaisa Agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.
- Keep Original Slip: Keep the original stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip safely with you; do not share its details with anyone.
- No Initial Document Mailing: Do not mail documents or testimonials to the ETEA office initially. Hard copies of documents/testimonials will only be requested from candidates who qualify the screening test when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny.
- Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the official portal. Make sure not to provide a ported/converted mobile number.
- Test Details: The test date, time, and venue will be explicitly printed on the Roll Number Slip. No separate call letters will be dispatched via post or courier.

Terms and Conditions
- Provisional Eligibility: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to sit for the ETEA screening test based on their online credentials. Detailed document verification and physical scrutiny will be performed later by the appointing authority. Any candidate found ineligible at any stage of recruitment will be disqualified.
- Screening and Relevance: Candidates who qualify the initial ETEA test will subsequently undergo screening to verify their relevance against the established eligibility criteria.
