How to Apply

Interested and eligible candidates are required to submit their applications online through ETEA by following the step-by-step instructions below:

1. Online Application Registration: Visit the official portal at www.etea.edu.pk. The online application form is available starting from 10th July, 2026.
2. Profile Creation & Verification: Candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website before applying. After profile creation, candidates will need to print an E-Sahulat token from the portal and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk. Applications cannot be processed without this verification.
3. Challan Generation & Fee Payment: Upon successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip featuring a token number, project code, and candidate details will be generated.
4. Deposit Fee: Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa App, an Easypaisa Agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.
5. Keep Original Slip: Keep the original stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip safely with you; do not share its details with anyone.
6. No Initial Document Mailing: Do not mail documents or testimonials to the ETEA office initially. Hard copies of documents/testimonials will only be requested from candidates who qualify the screening test when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny.
7. Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the official portal. Make sure not to provide a ported/converted mobile number.
8. Test Details: The test date, time, and venue will be explicitly printed on the Roll Number Slip. No separate call letters will be dispatched via post or courier.

Terms and Conditions

• Provisional Eligibility: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to sit for the ETEA screening test based on their online credentials.
