Job Overview

Vacant Positions and Separate Details

ECSP is seeking applications for various executive, engineering, and technical inspection roles. The vacancy quota for all listed positions is allocated “As required” by the department. Detailed eligibility criteria for each post are structured below:

1. Resident Engineer

• Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates must be PEC Registered. Those holding a Master’s Degree in Construction or Project Management will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in construction supervision, project management, and implementation of infrastructure projects or in a similar role.

2. Assistant Resident Engineer (Civil / MEP)

• Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates must be PEC Registered. A Master’s Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a relevant discipline will be given preference.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in construction supervision, project management, and implementation of infrastructure projects or in a similar role.

3. Junior Engineer / Site Engineer

• Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in planning & coordination and/or construction supervision of infrastructure projects or in a similar role.

4. HSE Officer

• Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Environmental Engineering or a related discipline / Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognized university. Having NEBOSH or IOSH certification will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in construction supervision, project management, and implementation of infrastructure projects or in a similar role.

5. Quantity Surveyor

• Qualifications: DAE (Civil), Diploma, or Professional Certification in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in verification of Bills/Claims, Variation Orders, quantity estimation, cost estimations, and cost/rate analysis or in a similar role.

6. Material Engineer

• Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Civil / Material / Geological Engineering or Geology from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in material testing, mix design, and quality assurance or in a similar role.

7. Site Inspector (Civil / MEP)

• Qualifications: DAE (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, inspection, and reporting or in a similar role.

8. Surveyors

• Qualifications: DAE (Civil) or Diploma in Surveying.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in topographic surveys and field measurements or in a similar role.

9. Lab Technicians

• Qualifications: DAE (Civil) or Diploma in Material Testing.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field and lab testing for materials or in a similar role.

10. Junior Site Inspectors (Civil)

• Qualifications: DAE (Civil) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, inspection, and reporting or in a similar role.
