- Age Limit: 40–55 Years
- Minimum Qualification: MS / M.Phil (18 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. How to Apply
Candidates satisfying the full academic and professional qualifications must execute their applications online through ETEA via the following procedure:
- Online Profile Creation: Visit the official portal of ETEA at www.etea.edu.pk to register and complete your profile.
- Deposit Slip Generation: After successfully submitting the online profile, click on the desired post to generate a prescribed online test fee deposit slip containing a unique token number, project code, and your personal information.
- Fee Payment: Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through EasyPaisa App or Agent, or at any branch of Allied Bank Limited (ABL).
- Secure the Receipt: Keep the original customer copy of the deposit slip containing the bank/agent stamp safely with yourself. Do not share it or hand it over to anyone.
- No Document Dispatched via Mail: After applying online, do not send any hard copies of your documents or testimonials to the ETEA office. Academic records will only be collected by the Appointing Authority at later screening stages.
- Timeline: The online application portal will be accessible starting June 17, 2026. All applications must be submitted digitally no later than June 30, 2026.
- Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be informed through an SMS alert from ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips directly from the ETEA web portal.
Terms and Conditions
- Provisional Participation: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based entirely on the credentials provided in their online profiles. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted subsequently by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible in any respect at any stage will be disqualified immediately.
- NADRA E-Sahulat Verification: All applicants must create their profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC number through any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before or by the last date of receipt of applications. Without this verification, candidates will not be able to apply for any post.
- Further Screening: Candidates who successfully qualify the ETEA test will be screened for relevance according to the core eligibility criteria. Interview calls will be issued only to strictly shortlisted candidates.
