Assistant Manager Regional Audit – Gujranwala (Internal Audit Group)
Grade: Band-II / Band-10
Location: Gujranwala
Major Responsibilities
- Perform audit steps in branches, departments, and offices according to the Audit Checklist and Audit Engagement Plan.
- Complete audit engagements within the prescribed schedule.
- Discuss audit observations with supervisors before sharing them with management.
- Assist supervisors in conducting investigation engagements according to established guidelines.
- Coordinate with Team Managers and Team Members to achieve engagement objectives efficiently.
- Escalate critical issues requiring immediate management attention through the Team Manager.
- Ensure audit assignments are completed adequately and all significant issues are properly reported.
- Stay updated with the latest developments, regulations, and emerging trends in the auditing environment.
- Enhance professional knowledge and adapt constructively to changing business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent institution:
- CA
- ACCA
- CFAP
- CBA
- Bachelor’s Degree
- MBA
- M.Com
- MSc in Mathematics/Statistics
- Other relevant Finance or Accounting qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates holding International Certification in Internal Auditing.
Experience
- Minimum 02 to 04 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience in auditing or related roles.
- Preference will be given to candidates with branch audit experience.
Age Limit
- Maximum age should not exceed 55 years as of the application submission date.
