Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting To:
- Unit Head – Talent Acquisition
Educational / Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized institution
- Candidates with Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications will be preferred
Experience Required:
- Minimum 03 years of experience in:
- Human Resources
- Banking sector
- Preference will be given to candidates with Talent Acquisition experience
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HR Information Systems
