Police in Surrey, B.C., say a 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged within the dying of one other man in a taking pictures over the weekend.
Murder investigators say the accused faces a manslaughter cost after the dying early Sunday morning at a house on Laurel Drive.

Police say the accused stays in custody pending a bail listening to.
Few particulars of the taking pictures have been launched, however police say the sufferer and the accused have been recognized to one another.
