“The State Financial institution of Pakistan will stay closed on March 23, 2026 (Monday) being public vacation on the event of ‘Pakistan Day’ as declared by the Authorities of Pakistan,” the central financial institution stated on Monday.

The nation celebrates Pakistan Day yearly on March 23 to commemorate the adoption of the Lahore Decision on the identical day in 1947, which known as for the creation of an impartial sovereign state for the Muslims of the sub-continent.
