Each week, Circana analyst Mat Piscatella shares data that reveals the top 10 titles in the US ranked by total weekly active users across PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.
The lists come from Circana’s Player Engagement Tracker, and to be sure, this tracks weekly active users, not concurrent users.
Which games were the most popular for the week that ended February 28? NBA 2K26 took the top sport on the PlayStation charts, with Fortnite ranking No. 1 on Xbox. On Steam, Counter-Strike 2 was No. 1. These were the same rankings as last week.
Of note, Resident Evil Requiem launched on February 27 and finished No. 16 for the week on PS5 and No. 20 on Xbox. The reporting week ended a day later, so that might help explain why the game did not chart higher on console. Also of note was that Bungie’s Marathon ranked No. 15 on PS5 and No. 22 on Xbox for its Server Slam test.
For PC, however, it was a different story. Requiem landed at No. 6 on Steam, with the Marathon Server Slam test ending the week at No. 2.
Read on to see all the most popular games below for the week that ended February 28, as shared by Piscatella.
