    WASHINGTON: Pakistan and India exchanged sturdy phrases on the United Nations Safety Council (UNSC) on Monday throughout a debate on Afghanistan, with Islamabad defending its counter-terrorism actions and New Delhi condemning cross-border airstrikes.
