Vacant Positions and Details

1. Personal Banker (PB) – Band-11/Band-10

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize deposits through portfolio management, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Build and maintain client pipeline, deepen relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
• Proactively call existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure compliance requirements are strictly followed.
• Deliver excellent client experience and resolve complaints timely.
• Provide product information and recommend suitable banking solutions.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Graduation from HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience mandatory.
• Maximum age: 35 years.

2. Personal Banking Officer (PBO) – Band-13/Band-12

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in account opening and other banking operations.
• Close FCCM alerts (transaction monitoring queries), review high-risk accounts, and conduct name screening for non-financial transactions.
• Biometric verification and inter-departmental coordination to facilitate clients.
• Issue statements of account, balance confirmation certificates, and arrange WHT deduction certificates.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Graduation from HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
• Fresh graduates may apply; 1 year of experience is an advantage.
• Maximum age: 35 years.

3. Customer Services Officer (CSO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client traffic, acknowledge and greet clients.
• Ensure delivery of great client experience and timely resolution of complaints.
