1. Environmental Specialist (Chemicals) – PPS-10

Maximum Age: 52 Years

Qualification & Experience:

• BS/MSc (16 Years Education) or MS/MPhil or PhD in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (HEC recognized national/international institution).
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Private organizations in supervisory roles managing chemicals-related projects.
• Experience with international agencies/NGOs (essential).
• Prior experience with Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination (preferred).
• Experience in PSDP or donor-funded projects and project cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of chemicals governance, compliance, national regulations & international conventions.
• Experience leading technical expert teams.
• Institutional linkages, capacity building, awareness raising experience.

2. Marine Biodiversity Specialist – PPS-10

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification & Experience:

• 10 years post-qualification experience with Government/intergovernmental setups, UN system, or international organizations.
• Experience designing & implementing climate change projects.

Qualification & Experience:

• MPhil or higher degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Journalism, Development Communication, Political Science, International Relations, or Sociology.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in strategic communications, public campaigns, or climate policy outreach.
• Excellent English writing & editorial skills (working knowledge of Urdu required).
