Age Relaxation Policy

• General age relaxation of 05 years already included in upper age limit.
• Additional 03 years relaxation for:
  • Minorities
  • Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas
  • Gilgit Baltistan
  • Azad Kashmir
  • Sindh (Rural)
  • Balochistan
• Age relaxation will be admissible in only one category.
• Up to 10 years relaxation for Govt./WAPDA employees with 02 years continuous regular service.
• Special age relaxation for WAPDA daily wages/contingent/Budget Estimate employees equal to their years of service.
• Age calculated as on closing date.

Terms & Conditions

1. Only local domiciled candidates as per mentioned quota are eligible.
2. Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
3. WAPDA employees must apply for NOC through HR Division before closing date.
4. Original documents must be presented at the time of interview.
5. Initial appointment will be on probation for 01 year.
6. Services may be terminated without notice during probation if performance is unsatisfactory.
7. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
8. Any bogus information at any stage will result in termination.
9. WAPDA reserves the right to increase/decrease posts or cancel recruitment process without assigning reason.
10. Number of posts may change as per department requirement.
