1️⃣ Senior Manager (Operations & Business Management)

Age Limit: Up to 55 Years

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education in Economics, Public Administration, Development Economics, or Business Economics
• Higher degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in:
  • Operations & management
  • Institutional strengthening
  • Project development & appraisals
  • Financial oversight
  • Project & performance management
  • Monitoring & evaluation
• Experience in government-funded and donor-funded projects in public sector organizations
• Experience with public sector companies will be preferred

2️⃣ Project Executive (Silage Project)

Age Limit: Up to 60 Years

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years degree in Agriculture
• Higher degree will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience
• At least 08 years in mechanized silage production, fodder management, and farm operations
• Experience in reputed private, multinational, or semi-government organizations
• Public sector company experience preferred

3️⃣ Manager (Agriculture)

Age Limit: Up to 60 Years

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years degree in Agriculture
• Higher degree preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 05 years’ experience in:
  • Crop planning
  • Fodder production
  • Irrigation management
  • Mechanized farming
  • Soil fertility management
  • Large-scale agricultural operations
• Public sector company experience preferred

4️⃣ Dairy Manager

Age Limit: Up to 55 Years

Qualification:

• DVM
• Higher degree in Animal Breeding & Genetics or Animal Nutrition will be an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 05 years’ experience in:
  • Dairy herd management
  • Reproductive management
  • Vaccination protocols
  • Disease control
  • Milk production optimization
  • Farm biosecurity
• Experience in large commercial or institutional farms
• Public sector company experience preferred

5️⃣ Assistant Accountant

Age Limit: Up to 40 Years

Qualification:

Experience:

• Minimum 03 years’ experience in accounts and administrative matters
