Quota Distribution
Recruitment will be carried out strictly according to the following quota policy:

Important Notes on Quota:
- Only sons of railway employees are eligible for the Railway Employee quota.
- An affidavit must be submitted stating that no other child has availed this quota benefit.
- Relationship certificate, pension roll data sheet, or service certificate of the parent (attested by a Gazetted Officer) must be attached.
Age Limit & Special Age Relaxation
- Basic Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
- General Upper Age Relaxation: As admissible up to 16.03.2026
Additional Age Relaxation
- Ex-Servicemen / Retired Armed Forces Personnel:
- 15 years relaxation in addition to general relaxation.
- Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Tribal Areas, AJK & Northern Areas:
- 03 years additional relaxation.
- Government / Contract Employees who have completed 02 years of continuous service by closing date:
- 10 years additional relaxation.

Ineligibility Criteria
- Candidates involved in moral turpitude crimes or dismissed from any Federal or Provincial Government department are not eligible.
- Submission of fake or bogus documents at any stage will result in cancellation of appointment.
