Quebec provincial police say two 17-year-old boys have been arrested in reference to a double murder in a Cree neighborhood in northern Quebec.
The teenagers have been arrested by a tactical unit Friday in the neighborhood of Mistissini round 1 p.m.
Sgt. Élizabeth Marquis-Man mentioned the kids have been assembly with investigators and will likely be arraigned on Saturday.
