A Rutland neighbourhood in Kelowna, B.C., grew to become the scene of an sudden chase this week after a handyman working close by confronted a suspected bundle thief, all caught on video.
The incident unfolded Tuesday, shortly after a supply van dropped off a bundle at a house and pulled away. Pavel Parviz, a common contractor with Woodex Building, says he seen a person following carefully behind the driving force.
“The supply van simply pulled over, left some packages, simply pulled out, and the man was following him,” Parviz mentioned.
